4. Giving model
Warm Souls is a mission-driven business. We commit to reinvesting 10% of every sale into helping people in need through outreach projects and support initiatives.
We share proof, receipts, and updates on our Transparency and Journal pages when available.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site (logo, designs, images, text, branding) belongs to Warm Souls and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Warm Souls is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
