Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY (RETURNS & EXCHANGES)

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Warm Souls products are often made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), which affects return handling.

1. Returns (14 days)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided:

  • the item is unused and in original condition

  • it is returned in original packaging (where possible)

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are available depending on product availability.

If you need a different size, contact us with:

  • order number

  • requested size

3. Damaged / incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

4. Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to made-to-order production or hygiene reasons.

5. Refund processing

Refunds (when approved) are processed back to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
